3. Account Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The name of the depositor must match the name on the cbaj logo account. If a discrepancy is found, the funds may be returned or held until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval — cbaj logo reserves the right to carry out additional verification for security reasons.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method the user used for depositing and which is registered in the user's name. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, cbaj logo may hold it pending investigation. If evidence of fraud or funds deposited through illegal means is found, the account concerned will be closed immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cbaj logo offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met — meaning the bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn as winnings.

Example: If someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, total wagering must reach ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled. If the same person attempts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.

5.3 Promotion Changes

cbaj logo reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. The latest information on current bonus offers can be found on cbaj logo's official channels.

6. VIP and Weekly Cashback

cbaj logo has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit calculated as a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold-level member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. After the cashback is automatically added to the account, the applicable conditions must be met before it can be withdrawn.

7. Gaming Rules and Restrictions

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the cbaj logo platform are run fairly. Any form of cheating, use of bots, placing bets with automated software or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7.2 Collaborative Betting Prohibited
